The Screw Disintegrating Feeder developed by Dongding is a specialized feeding and disintegration machine designed for handling heavy mineral powders, stone powder, mineral sludge, clay, soil and other cohesive or moisture-laden materials. It features anti-sticking and anti-blocking performance, high driving torque, and an integrated material storage, disintegration and feeding system. The equipment is widely used in aggregates, mineral processing and bulk material handling applications.

Working Principle of Screw Disintegrating Feeder
The upper section is equipped with a paddle-type mixing and disintegrating mechanism, which continuously agitates and breaks up compacted or agglomerated materials, preventing the formation of large lumps and ensuring smooth material flow.
The lower section adopts a twin-shaft, bidirectional screw conveying system. The screw shafts are arranged in a coaxial configuration with centralized feeding, allowing material to move from both sides toward the center and then be discharged at a controlled rate. The feeding capacity can be precisely adjusted through variable-frequency drive (VFD) speed control, enabling stable and quantitative feeding according to process requirements.
