Working Principle of Aluminum Can Pyrolysis Paint Removal Production Line
The production line mainly consists of a feeding system, pyrolysis furnace, heating system, gas collection and treatment system, cooling system, and discharge system. Waste aluminum cans are fed into the pyrolysis furnace, where controlled heating decomposes paint and organic coatings. The generated gases are collected and treated, while the processed aluminum cans are cooled before being discharged for further recycling.
