Working Principle of PCB Pyrolysis Metal Extraction Production Line
The production line mainly consists of a feeding system, pyrolysis system, gas treatment system, cooling system, and metal separation system. Waste PCBs are fed into the pyrolysis unit, where organic components are decomposed under controlled oxygen-limited conditions. The resulting gases are collected and treated, while the remaining solid materials are cooled and processed through crushing and separation equipment to recover metal-rich fractions. The complete configuration can be customized according to raw material characteristics and processing capacity.
