Introduction of Coal Slime Dryer
Coal slime features high moisture, high viscosity and fine particles. It is difficult to transport, low in economic value, unstable and prone to weathering. Targeting these properties, Dongding has developed a dedicated coal slime dryer. It precisely controls drying temperature, pressure, air volume and rotating speed. Equipped with customized feeding, cleaning and crushing devices, the machine achieves sufficient heat exchange and conversion. It delivers higher drying efficiency and heat utilization, while cutting dust emission for energy-saving and eco-friendly operation.

Working Principle of Coal Slime Dryer
Our coal slime dryer consists of a heat source, breaking unit, belt feeder, rotary drum, discharger, induced draft fan, unloading device and electric control cabinet.
After entering the drum, wet coal slime passes through four zones in sequence:
Feed Zone: Wet coal slime contacts hot air for rapid moisture evaporation.
Cleaning Zone: Lifting plates form a material curtain. The cleaning unit removes adhered material and crushes lumps to expand the heat exchange area.
Inclined Lifting Zone: The material becomes loose with low moisture and no sticking, for continuous heat exchange.
Discharge Zone: The material slides to the outlet, reaching the target moisture and finishing drying.
