Introduction of Chain Grate Furnace

Chain Grate Furnace

The chain grate furnace is an industrial combustion equipment compatible with biomass, coal and mixed fuels, delivering stable and continuous high-temperature thermal energy.

As an independent heat source unit, it supplies heat for hot air generators, drying equipment, heat exchange systems and industrial heating processes. It is highly suitable for continuous production and large-scale industrial heating in overseas factories.

Flexible Compatibility with Multiple Fuels

It can adapt to local fuel resources flexibly, including: palm kernel shell, palm fiber, bagasse, rice husk, wood chips, sawdust, peanut shells, crop straw, forestry residues, lignite and sub-bituminous coal.

Supported combustion modes:

Pure biomass combustion / Pure coal combustion / Coal-biomass mixed combustion

The furnace is designed to tolerate fuels with high moisture, low calorific value, high impurity content and unstable quality within a certain range, perfectly fitting crude fuel operating conditions.

Advantages of Chain Grate Furnace

01

Multi-Fuel Adaptability

Flexibly utilizes local biomass and low-cost solid fuels to maximize economic benefits.

02

Stable Continuous Heat Supply

Equipped with automatic feeding, continuous combustion and automatic slag removal systems, suitable for long-term non-stop operation.

03

Low Operating Cost

Fully consumes factory self-owned waste fuels and replaces high-cost gas and oil energy, greatly cutting operational expenses.

04

Adaptable to Complex Working Conditions

Optimized for fluctuating fuel moisture, calorific value and quality, adapting to crude fuel conditions in overseas markets.

05

Simple Maintenance

High automation reduces manual operation and daily maintenance workload.

06

Customized Industrial Heat Source

We provide customized chain grate furnaces and complete heat source systems based on your actual working conditions, including fuel type, moisture content, calorific value, processing capacity and required thermal load.

Working Principle of Chain Grate Furnace

Widely Applied in Industrial Thermal Scenarios

Palm Oil Processing

Utilizes self-produced palm kernel shells and palm fibers to provide stable process heat for palm oil production.

Agricultural Product Drying

Provides continuous and stable heat for drying grains, rice, nuts, fruits and vegetables.

Wood & Wood-Based Panel Industry

Recycles factory waste such as wood chips, sawdust and bark to supply heat for wood drying and panel production processes.

Sugar Industry

Burns bagasse fully to meet the continuous heat demand of sugar mill production.

Textile & Rubber Industry
