Introduction of Rice Husk Carbonization Machine
This line converts rice husk into high-value biochar through continuous high-temperature pyrolysis (350–850°C) under oxygen-limited conditions. The generated syngas is purified and recycled back to the furnace for self-heating, while wood vinegar and wood tar are recovered as by-products.

Working Principle of Rice Husk Carbonization Machine
Process: Raw material storage → conveying → sealed feeding → continuous carbonization → syngas recovery & reuse → char cooling → finished product collection/packing.
Main equipment: Feeding hopper, screw conveyor, rotary carbonization furnace, dust removal & condensation system, water-cooled discharger, gas recycling unit, and centralized control cabinet.
Applications: Soil amendment / biochar fertilizer, metallurgical insulation, adsorbents, incense & filter materials, or briquetting into charcoal sticks.
