Introduction of Iron Concentrate Rotary Dryer
The iron concentrate rotary dryer is specially designed for wet iron ore concentrate dewatering. Featuring wear-resistant rotary drum and anti-sticking lifting plates, it ensures uniform drying without changing mineral properties. Equipped with sealed dust removal system to reduce fine ore loss. It provides qualified dry iron concentrate for pelletizing and sintering production, supporting large-scale and 24-hour continuous mining operation.
The dryer can be customized according to the initial moisture content, target moisture content, and processing capacity of the copper concentrate, making it suitable for large-scale continuous production.

Working Principle of Iron Concentrate Rotary Dryer
Firstly, wet material was transported to the rotary drum dryer by the belt conveyor. Because of the inclination of drum dryer, material with hot air moves to the end of dryer body, during which process wet material gets fully contact with the hot air. After drying, most of the dry material is discharged through the belt conveyor. The left materials mixed with dust continue go into the cyclone dust collector and the bag dust collector in sequence, where the dust will be collected. Lastly, with the function of induced draft fan, the left material will discharged through the conveyor.
