Introduction of Copper Concentrate Dryer
The Copper Concentrate Rotary Dryer is an industrial drying system designed for the continuous dewatering and drying of copper concentrate. As the drum rotates, the material is continuously lifted and tumbled, allowing thorough contact and efficient heat exchange with the hot drying medium. This effectively reduces the moisture content of copper concentrate to meet the requirements of subsequent smelting, transportation, storage, and processing.
The dryer can be customized according to the initial moisture content, target moisture content, and processing capacity of the copper concentrate, making it suitable for large-scale continuous production.

Working Principle of Copper Concentrate Dryer
Firstly, wet material was transported to the rotary drum dryer by the belt conveyor. Because of the inclination of drum dryer, material with hot air moves to the end of dryer body, during which process wet material gets fully contact with the hot air. After drying, most of the dry material is discharged through the belt conveyor. The left materials mixed with dust continue go into the cyclone dust collector and the bag dust collector in sequence, where the dust will be collected. Lastly, with the function of induced draft fan, the left material will discharged through the conveyor.
