Introduction of Coal Slag Dryer
The coal slag rotary dryer is a rotary drying equipment designed for wet coal slag. With rotating drum and lifting plates, it enables sufficient heat exchange between coal slag and hot air to efficiently remove moisture.
Featuring large continuous throughput and good wear resistance, it is widely used for coal slag waste treatment in power plants and coal washing plants. Dried coal slag can be reused as building materials or blended fuel to realize resource recovery.
The outlet moisture can be flexibly adjusted by drum rotating speed and hot air temperature. With stable performance and wide adaptability, it serves as key pre-treatment equipment in coal slag recycling lines.

Working Principle of Coal Slag Dryer
Firstly, wet material is crushed by the crushing machine, then transported to the rotary drum dryer by the belt conveyor. Because of the inclination of drum dryer, material with hot air moves to the end of dryer body, during which process wet material gets fully contact with the hot air. After drying, most of the dry material is discharged through the belt conveyor. The left material mixed with dust continue goes into the cyclone dust collector and the bag dust collector in sequence, where the dust will be collected. Lastly, with the function of induced draft fan, the left material will discharged through the conveyor.
