Introduction of Continuous Charcoal Machine
The continuous carbonization furnace is an eco-friendly, high-capacity charcoal making machine designed for 24-hour continuous operation. It carbonizes wood, nut shells, rice husks, waste, sewage sludge, oil sludge, animal manure, leather scraps and other materials by high-temperature oxygen-free dry distillation (pyrolysis) inside the reactor, enabling continuous feeding and continuous discharge of charcoal with high output and low smoke emission.

Dynamic Sealing
Specialized inlet and discharge designs keep the system sealed during operation; material enters continuously while finished charcoal is discharged, with a daily capacity of 20–120 tons.

Double-Layer Drum
The inner drum handles drying while the outer drum handles carbonization, cutting the footprint by nearly half and reducing heat loss.

Triple Safety Protection
Explosion-proof panels release abnormal pressure, sensors detect anomalies immediately, and IoT remote monitoring enables real-time management.

Working Principle of Continuous Charcoal Machine
Process: Raw material storage → conveying → sealed feeding → continuous carbonization → syngas recovery & reuse → char cooling → finished product collection/packing.
Main equipment: Feeding hopper, screw conveyor, rotary carbonization furnace, dust removal & condensation system, water-cooled discharger, gas recycling unit, and centralized control cabinet.
Applications: Soil amendment / biochar fertilizer, metallurgical insulation, adsorbents, incense & filter materials, or briquetting into charcoal sticks.
