Introduction of Fluorite Powder Rotary Dryer
Fluorite powder comes from fluorite ore through crushing, grading and other processes. After fluorite powder is separated, the moisture content is very large. In order to facilitate transportation and increase the profit of the fluorite powder, the fluorite powder needs to be dried.
The full fluorite powder drying plant can dry the fluorite powder from the moisture of about 30% to the moisture less than 5%, and final product with the particle size between 5~20mm.
The fluorite dryer system is not only used for drying materials with high water content and powdery bonded mass like fluorite powder, but also can dry the ore concentrates, iron ore powder, manganese ore powder, coal slime, etc. This drying system is widely used in building material, chemical, mineral processing, refractory and other industries.

Working Principle of Fluorite Powder Rotary Dryer
Dongding fluorite powder is mainly consists of feeder, rotary drum dryer, discharging machine, induced draft fan, cyclone dust collector and distribution cabinet, etc. The raw material (first crushed if needed) is transported to the rotary drum dryer by the belt conveyor. As the drum rotates, lifting flights pick up the material and drop it through the air stream during which process wet material gets fully contact with the hot air.
