Working Principle of Mineral Sludge Rotary Dryer
The mineral sludge enters the rotating drum through the feeding system and is continuously lifted and scattered by the internal flights. It comes into full contact with the hot air, allowing moisture to evaporate rapidly through efficient heat and mass transfer. As the drum rotates, the dried material gradually moves toward the discharge end and is discharged at the desired moisture content.
