Introduction of Phosphate Rock Dryer

Phosphate Rock Dryer

Phosphate rock has various applications. It can not only be used to make phosphate fertilizer, but also can be used to make phosphoric acid and other phosphates. It is widely used in medicine, ceramics, food, national defense and other fields. The processing of phosphate rock requires a phosphate rock dryer to dry the phosphate concentrate.

Our Phosphate rock dryer system is mainly consists of feeder, rotary drum dryer, discharging machine, induced draft fan, cyclone dust collector and distribution cabinet, etc. The full drying plant can dry phosphate ore from the moisture of about 50% ~20% to the moisture less than 5%, and final product with the particle size between 5~20mm.

Advantages of Phosphate Rock Dryer

01

High Efficiency

Rotary dryers are highly efficient in processing large quantities of materials, which can save time and energy.

02

Customized

Phosphate rotary dryers can be customized to fit specific processing needs, including size, capacity, and temperature requirements; and the heating source can be coal, diesel, natural gas, waste wood, etc.

03

Controlled Drying

The rotary drum design allows for precise control over the drying process, ensuring uniform and consistent results.

04

Reduced Downtime

The durable and reliable design of rotary dryers results in reduced downtime for maintenance and repairs.

05

Energy-Saving

Rotary dryers are designed to consume less energy compared to other drying methods, which can result in cost savings.

06

Low Investment & Fast ROI

Low equipment investment and operating cost with quick return on investment.

Working Principle of Phosphate Rock Dryer

Firstly, wet material is crushed by the crushing machine, transported to the screw conveyor by the belt conveyor, then go into the rotary drum, after drying, most of the dry material will be discharged through the belt conveyor, the left material will go into the cyclone dust collector, where the dust will be collected, with the function of induced draft fan, the left material will discharged through the conveyor.
